  1. Non-Issue…It’s been determined that the second half was played with regulation inflated footballs….Patriots scored 24-0. So any supposed advantage gained by Deflategate was only available to them in the first half…not the second half.

Several current and former NFL quarterback admit to altering the pressure of footballs…everything from under inflating and over inflating. If there weren’t previous issue with the Patriots, ie. Spygate, I submit no one would spend more than a day on this.

  2. Thanks for your input RicoSauve! I would have to agree that this is a Non-Issue. They amount of air in the ball clearly did not have an effect on the outcome of the game. As you mentioned the Patriots outscored the Colts in the second half 24-0 they would have won either way.

At first I was upset and on the side of Issue because of Tom Brady, Belichick and the Patriots history of cheating. But at the end of the day it is competitive sports and this is not the only way that athletes or teams are trying to gain an advantage.

My opinion is this is a small issue made into a bigger issue because the media loves to talk about Tom Brady, Belichick and the infamous New England team.

  4. I say kick them out of the SB and put Ravens in….they do not deserve to be there. At the end of the day it is still cheating and against the rules…not the game outcome. They must be PUNISHED!
